Position 1: HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT OFFICER UNDER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & SUCCESSION PLANNING DIVISION

• The job holder is accountable for handling employee overall performance management & development activities, monitoring well timed and accurate completion of performance appraisals, capturing, updating and keeping HRM information into the system,

• He/she supports succession planning and administration activities, contributes to the development and integration of competency models inside the performance management machine and participates in HR planning and HR studies and design activities
