Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I

Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement : 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.

The Customer Service Officer I:

• handles money and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

• will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and series transactions and respond to customer enquiries,

• Is accountable to make/Check front office consumer service support at the branch.

Competencies Required

• Understands the fundamental mechanisms of general financial merchandise and services.

• Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.

• Ability to respond to fundamental client enquiries and instructions and the functionality of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in a enterprise related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience Requirement: two (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

The Customer Service Officer II:

• Is accountable to make/Check front office purchaser service support at the branch.

• will handle/Check account maintenance, price and collection transactions and respond to consumer enquiries,

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Place of work: Assosa and Bonga

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Educations: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or associated fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank

The Senior Customer Service Officer:

• Provides the front office customer carrier support at the Branch

• Handles account management transactions

• Respond to client enquiries

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or different related fields of studies.

Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional trip at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

• The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking things to do of a branch office.

• S/he will ensure that running procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by way of all staff.

• S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
The Branch supervisor will also lead the customer carrier initiatives and guides branch operational excellence.

• S/he will put together and submit annual budget, work plan and endeavor and progress reports.

• The jobholder will also take part in various community things to do and keep in close contact with the business community to promote offerings offered by the Bank
