Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I

Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or associated fields of studies.

Experience Requirement : 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or two years at Micro Finance institutions.

The Customer Service Officer I:

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

• will handle/Check account maintenance, price and collection transactions and respond to client enquiries,

• Is responsible to make/Check front workplace customer service assist at the branch.

Competencies Required

• Understands the basic mechanisms of general monetary products and services.

• Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.

• Ability to reply to basic client enquiries and directions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and appropriate command of the core banking system

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in a business related area e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant trip in a Bank.

The Customer Service Officer II:

• Is responsible to make/Check front workplace customer service guide at the branch.

• will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and reply to customer enquiries,

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all client requests at the branch.

Place of work: Butajira, Debreberhan and Gambela

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Educations: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 5 (Five) years of relevant trip in a Bank

The Senior Customer Service Officer:

• Provides front office purchaser service support at the Branch

• Handles account administration transactions

• Respond to customer enquiries

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all client requests at the branch.

Place of work: Butajira, Debreberhan and Gambela

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.

Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of expert experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

• The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and manipulate the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will make sure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country regulation are adhered to by all staff.

• S/he will also coordinate the sales/business improvement efforts of the branch.

• The Branch manager will also lead the client service initiatives and guides department operational excellence.

• S/he will prepare and submit annual budget, work design and activity and progress reports.

• The jobholder will additionally participate in various neighborhood activities and keep in shut touch with the business neighborhood to promote services offered by using the Bank

• Candidates applying for managerial positions shall possess key competencies and capabilities including:
