Position 1: Administrative Assistant – I

Qualification:  BA/degree in Administrative Office Management/ Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other associated fields.

Experience: 1/3 years of relevant experience ideally in the Banking industry.

Purpose of the Job: To provide high-level administrative support and help to ensure efficient and positive operation.

Essential Functions:

• Periodic monitoring of office supplies and manipulate of shortages;

• Solve office-related problems (including those underneath the office) and respond to questions or issues;

• Perform office tasks, such as filing, getting ready reports and documents for presentations, arranging meetings, and requesting/ordering enough supplies;

• Providing real-time scheduling support by reserving appointments and preventing conflicts;

• Facilitate travel arrangements, such as flights, cars, and resort and restaurant reservations;

Position 2: Senior Credit Analyst

Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, and related fields.

Experience: 7 years of Relevant Banking experience of which two years as Credit Analyst position.

Purpose of the Job: To realize effective deposit decision making by producing correct credit analysis record and ensuring sound customer credit score risk grading.

Generic Functions:

• Take up the roles of the Division Manager in his/her absence;

• Actively participate in developing, reviewing and imposing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division;

• Mentor and allow staffs below his /grades towards reaching their effective performance;

• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good tradition and corporate image to the public;

• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;

• Provide offerings as per the service level agreement;

• Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the goal set;

Specific Functions:

• Prepare a comprehensive credit appraisal document independently for credit committee deliberation

• Undertakes periodic customer credit score risk rating for chance based lending

• Determine the creditworthiness and risk profile of an man or woman or business by examining their financial data and identifying whether or not to prolong them credit;

• Evaluate customers’ credit data and monetary statements in order to determine the degree of danger involved in lending money to them;

• Communicate with the worried bodies about the degree of danger in lending money to customers;

Age: Between 25 – 50
Purpose of the Job: assist the customer service system of the bank by preserving the work places Safe, Secured and makes it attractive for staffs and customers.

Essential Functions:

• Patrolling and securing the vicinity and ensuring the protection of houses and facilities

• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other protection issues

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other associated fields.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 12 months as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least two years as Senior Officer in banking operation position

Purpose of the Job: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank thru cross selling the Bank’s merchandise & services; acquiring & retaining customers, enhancing customer services and constructing strong customer relationships to maximize assets mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Generic Functions:

• Prepare /review work plans / budgets of the branch and screen its execution;

• Embody the bank’s good culture & company image ;

• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by means of same and manage disciplinary concerns;

• Provide offerings as per the service level settlement , follow- up & monitor subordinates to do the same ;

Specific Functions:

• Plan and lead the enhancement of the resource mobilization undertaking of the branch by organizing
and correctly coordinating the branch workforce;

• Aggressively engage in advertising and promotional activities by speaking with customers about the products and offerings available in the bank;
