Position 1: Maintenance Planner

Skills, Experience & Education:

• First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering with a minimum of two years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

• The function is structured to report to the respective Packaging Engineer and responsible to control the relevant maintenance systems, generate events and planned maintenance schedules, assist the maintenance team in the execution of renovation and facilitate problem solving so that line availability and effectivity is maximized, breakdowns are minimized and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.

4. Maintenance Programme Development

5. Breakdown Management

6. Manage the Maintenance Spares

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Area Sales Manager

Skills, Experience & Education:

• First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/Business Administration or associated field of studies with a minimal of 3 years experience in income and marketing of which 1 year on supervisory position.

• The role is structured to report to the Regional Sales Manager and responsible to supply volume and revenue increase by effectively managing the Sales team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maximizes allocation of assets in area (e.g. POS, Coolers)

• Manages and measures sales objectives daily and takes corrective action with team

• Coach and Lead

• Trade and Outlet Execution

• Outlet Development

• Quality Management

Sales and Market share growth

• Partner with income reps and customers to develop and execute a client specific business plan.

• Monitor competitive activities
Quality Management : Ensure compliance to Quality Standards and Manage Trade Replacements.

• Promotions : Implement promotional plans

• Report promotional deviances with Store Owners / managers

• Execute Promotional Compliance

• Merchandising : Ensure the execution and Implementation of Picture of Success by channel is being done by means of the sales reps.
