Job Summary

• The Recruit Professional – Contact Centre is accountable for assisting in supplying support on receiving patron calls, address issues or quires via cellphone or social media platforms. Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management and/or associated fields.
BSc. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems

Fluency in Somaligna language (speaking and writing) is required
