Position 1: District Valuator -Maker-Checker

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in enterprise administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.

• Trainings and guides in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)

Experience

• Minimum of 4 (4) years successful experience in banking or patron contact role

Required Technical Competency

• Business development skills to efficaciously segment the target market, collect market intelligence and identify possibilities for the Bank to sell its products.

• Commercial awareness to recognize and apply commercial and economic principles to business thinking.

• Strong networking capabilities to establish mutually really useful relationships with other business human beings and potential clients and clients in order to grow business.

• Relationship Management skills to correctly perform Relationship Management activities/tasks in a manner that consistently achieves excessive quality standards.

• Knowledge of Interest Free Banking (IFB) operations, IFB Deposit & Investment/financing products.

• Knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks.

• Knowledge of Shari’ah concepts pertaining to IFB business

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor degree in a business associated field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration

Experience

• Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience.

• The Customer Service Manager will guide the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and make certain operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for excessive customer satisfaction levels, assisting the Bank’s growth.
