Position 1: SENIOR HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT OFFICER (DISTRICT)

JOB SUMMERY
Essential Function

• Involve in the development and modification of human resource policy, procedure, manual and guidelines

• Makes expert contribution to the existence of proper organizational structure, job description, job grades, and job specification

• Participate in the implementation of personnel policies and strategies and resolves procedural problems arising from their applications

• Make profession development of staff and or succession planning

• Studies worker satisfaction, turnover, absenteeism, other personnel issues and identifies root reasons and proposes solution options

• Handles employee grievances, disciplinary troubles and other administrative problems when necessary

• Advice on the ideal implementation of the rules and regulations on worker benefits policy and method manual

• Analyze and Propose benefit issues that wants study and amendments • Design to implement profession development structure and succession planning programs

• Initiates or suggests plans to encourage employees to achieve preferred goals and objectives

• BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or different related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the equal field with 3.5 years of relevant journey preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a applicable officer position

Position 2: BRANCH ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – GRADE B

JOB SUMMERY
Essential Function

• Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on day by day basis,

• Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,

• Authorizes transactions and symptoms documents as referred by the CSO,

• Retains and validates Original CD towards the System at time of settlement,

• Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,

• Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,

• Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents

JOB REQUIREMENT

• BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and different related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 12 months on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

• Entertain deposit of cheques and other monetary instruments

JOB REQUIREMENT

• BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1 12 months of experience or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with three years of experience in banking operation, customer provider operation in banking industry; of which at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Specialist or 2 years of micro finance experience

Essential Function

• Assists and takes over responsibilities of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence and delegation

• Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling and counting bulk cash deposits/withdrawals

• Initiates money transfer from/to Cash

• Receives and delivers bodily cash from and to Cash Administrator

• Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts

• Checks and stability physical cash with the Cash Administrator

JOB REQUIREMENT

• BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any different related fields with 1.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the identical fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 12 months on CSS position

Essential Function

• Receives and offers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator

• Collects and validates unique Payment Instruments against the System.

• Issues and signs Payment Instruments

• Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers

• Initiates DRS outgoing transfers

• Exchanges money denominations and posts the transactions

• Performs other duties as required with the aid of the supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

• No prior journey is required
