Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit certified candidates for the following positions:

Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with commercial enterprise license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operations with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It contains a limited number of 373 shareholders.

It formally opened its doors on July 23, 2022 with 30 full-fledged branches in Addis Ababa and other important Towns. Its branch networks have reached 69+ as of March 25, 2023.

Position 1: Financial Reporting Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BA diploma holder from a recognized higher mastering institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related subject of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of journey as Junior Financial Reporting Officer or Junior Accountant

Additional Requirement:

• Proven experience in Financial Reporting is mandatory.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BA diploma holder from a recognized higher studying institution in Accounting and Finance or related subject of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of journey as Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer /Junior Accountant/ Junior Financial Reporting Officer

Additional Requirement:

Banking experience will be advantageous.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Senior Human Resource Management Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of bachelor’s diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from diagnosed higher learning institution

Experience: Must have a minimal of 4 years of experience with at least two years’ service as Human Resource Management Officer

Additional Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of HR excellent practices, compliance regulations and employment laws and regulations

• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Learning and Development Officer

Qualifications: A minimal of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of self-discipline from recognized higher gaining knowledge of institution

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of trip as Junior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and improvement functions

Additional Requirement:

• -Experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination or related roles

• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• -Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work efficaciously in a team environment

• • Banking experience will be advantageous.

Place of Work: Head office

Position 5: Senior Learning and Development Officer

Qualifications: A minimal of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of self-discipline from recognized higher getting to know institution

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of ride with at least 2 years’ service as Learning and Development Officer or equal in one of the learning and development features

Additional Requirement:

• Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training facilitation or related roles

• -Knowledge of Learning and Development standards and training delivery methodologies

• Proven experience in evaluating Learning and Development program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback collection and reporting

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Principal Learning and Development Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of HR experience out of which, two years as Senior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions.

Additional Requirement:

• Proven experience in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Management

• -In-depth knowledge of Learning and Development theories, methodologies and best practice

• -Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and performance management system

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
